Account Access
Use Forgot Password on the relevant login screen to receive a time-limited code by email or text message. Never send your password or reset code to another person.
Safety and Content Reports
Use the Report and Block controls beside community content for abuse or inappropriate material. For immediate danger call the emergency services. OwnBlock is not an emergency response service.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge account, safety and privacy enquiries within two working days. Urgent building emergencies should always be reported through the emergency contact provided by your block manager.
